Mini house

Mini house – modular house according to the customer’s wishes.
The house in the picture was built at the customer’s request and installed on Fibo blocks.
Inside the house there is a sanitary unit, a storage room, an office part, a service hall and an electrical system that takes into account special requests.

We build different rooms, complete and install the second floor if necessary.
Such a building can be expanded later, which means that the entire construction does not have to be undertaken at once.
In addition to radiators, we also install an AC pump in the building to keep the temperature user-friendly in the summer.

Such a mini house consists of modules, the dimensions of one module are 6 meters long, 2.44 meters wide and 2.8 meters high.
The internal height is 2.5 meters, which creates enough space for any purpose.

Mini house for an office?

A mini-house is not only for a summer cottage. It is also suitable for an office, accommodation or production space too.
The modules can also be used for activities that require high cleanliness, because the surfaces are easy to clean and moisture-resistant.
The longer side of the modular house consists of five panels and the shorter side of two.
Windows, doors and electrical plugs have already been placed inside the panel by the factory.
The position of the panel can be changed along with the window and electrical outlet.
Assembling one package module according to the customer’s wishes takes three hours, we install up to four modules from start to finish in one day.

Such a building does not need a foundation or a builder!
There is even less need to go to a hardware store, if necessary, we also build a base for the customer.

We usually use crane truck or side loaders for transport.
We use the RAM backloader to cover the most difficult places.
After you buy it we store your  container at our terminal free of charge for up to six months.
It is always possible to agree on a longer period.
For example, if the location is not yet ready or accessible to deliver the container.
In this case, the price of the container will not change and you can be sure that you will receive the selected container at the agreed time.
