First, we turned the container upside down and insulated the bottom of the container with closed-pore PU foam.
We then added a reinforced welt inside the container. A marine container’s hull is added to the container without any through holes.
In addition, the lining must be reinforced so that the foam does not dislodge anything.
According to the customer’s wishes and drawings, we cut the necessary openings for the container, welded reinforcements to the openings and installed the equipment.
We finished the entire container from the inside with waterproof plywood, to give a perfect result, the conversion of the container has been thought through down to the dark screw heads.
